Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of UMA Tool and the bit-fix.net service. By using the software you agree to them.

1. License and plans

UMA Tool is sold as a paid license to use the software. Buying a license grants you the right to use UMA Tool for your own professional work; it does not transfer ownership of the software, and the license is personal and non-transferable. We offer a trial and paid full plans, and a license may include a daily processing limit.

Fees are due in advance and access is enabled after payment. Current pricing is available on WhatsApp. Because the software is digital and is activated for you immediately, fees are non-refundable once your device has been activated, except where the law requires otherwise.

2. Activation and devices

The client locks to the computer it is installed on through a device fingerprint. A new installation stays in a "pending" state and cannot process anything until we approve the device. We may bind a license to a limited number of devices.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not resell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the software.
• Do not share your access, account or activated device with anyone else.
• Do not copy, decompile, reverse-engineer or otherwise try to extract the software's logic or server-side methods.
• Do not use the software for any unlawful purpose, including theft or defeating anti-theft systems on vehicles you are not authorized to service.

4. Service availability

Processing runs on our server. We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

5. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access, without refund, if these terms are breached, if a license is shared or abused, or if we reasonably believe the software is being used unlawfully.

6. No warranty and liability

The software is provided "as is" without warranty, and our liability is limited as described in the Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
